Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date).

All amounts are in Australian dollars and inclusive of 10% GST.

Day delegates can only attend one day of the meeting. If delegates would like to attend two days, they are required to purchase a full meeting registration.

Register online

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa or select the option to pay via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your junk folder before contacting the meeting organiser. 

Payment of registration fees

Payment may be made by:

* Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.

Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

* EFT payments – please refer to banking details on your invoice.

All payments must be in Australian dollars.

Cancellations and refunds

Any request for a cancellation of a registration must be forwarded in writing to the meeting organiser. 


  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm AEST on Friday 20 November 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD150 (inc. GST).
  • Registration cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 20 November 2026 but prior to 5pm on AEST Monday 4 January 2027, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (minimum fee of $150AUD inc GST) on registration fees paid. Any social function tickets paid will be 100% refunded.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm AEST on 4 January 2027 will not be eligible for a refund.

A registration may be transferred without penalty to another person within the same organisation, by advising the meeting organiser in writing.
